The ache

You met every definition of success. The career, the family, the comforts. And still, most mornings, there is a low hum of something missing: a sense that the life you are living was written by someone else, and you are performing it well.
That ache is not ingratitude, and it is not a midlife cliché. It is a signal. The patterns steering your reactions, your relationships, and your quiet hours were installed early, many of them before you could speak. They are not who you are. They are promises a child made on your behalf.
The mystery is not something to be solved. It is something to be lived.
The work
One path, two ways to walk it
The New Mysteries offers two programs. Each is its own container, with its own intention.
- The Myesis
- The foundational work: illumination, extrication, elevation. Name the old vow, release the pattern, live from choice. A ninety-day practice you walk on your own.
- The Anabasis
- A six-week guided cohort: a daily sacrament and journaling practice, held together by weekly breathwork with Mark and a small circle. Its own arc, not a continuation of The Myesis.
How we work
Where medicine meets mystery
What sets this work apart is the ground it stands on: clinical training on one side, initiated lineage practice on the other, and a legally recognized church holding the container between them.
- Clinically literate
- Your guide is a registered nurse with graduate training in medical science. The practices are chosen and paced with a clinician's respect for your physiology and your history.
- A sacred container, not a clinic
- The New Mysteries is a church. The work is ministerial and pastoral: a sacred space for inner exploration, held with clear agreements and explicit consent, never sales pressure.
- Agnostic by design
- No belief is required and none is imposed. Whatever your background, religious or secular, the practices are offered as experiments to run, not doctrines to accept.
- Ancient tools, modern hands
- Breathwork, contemplative practice, sacred technologies, and the initiated practices of the Q'ero lineage, delivered with modern structure and Persephone, a daily AI companion who meets you where you are.
